Did you change your mind or is the size you ordered not right?

No problem! You have 14 days to cancel your purchase and return the product!

But of course there are rules for that too.

1. Notify our customer service that you are returning the product, preferably in writing to [email protected]. At the same time, you can also discuss what you would like, a size change, a buy down to another product or a refund.

2. You leave the product in a saleable condition. Feel free to try it on, look at it, but don’t damage the product, so you don’t cut the label, the product is not damaged and preferably the packaging is intact.

3. Return the product in the box we sent it to you in. Please don’t wrap it in newspaper, plain shopping bags, etc. We know that creativity is limitless. If only because the product can be damaged or lost during the journey. In this case, we will either not be able to refund your purchase price or, if the product is damaged and no longer in a saleable condition, we will return the package to you at the time of posting.

4. Once the product has arrived, we will check its condition and proceed as agreed with you. If you have requested a size exchange, we will send you the new product, if you have requested a refund, we will start the refund process, which should take 8 days.
