Refund policy.

The Service Provider is obliged to guarantee the quality of the products sold by it within the guarantee period in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. If the Customer is also a Consumer, the Service Provider is also responsible for remedying any defects under the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

In order to enforce his/her rights, the Customer must notify the Service Provider in writing without delay at [email protected]. The Buyer must indicate the order number, the name of the article, a brief description of the defect, the circumstances under which the defects appeared and the preferred compensation. The Buyer must consistently and honestly represent the points of failure as described in the previous sentence.

The guarantee starts on the day following receipt of the goods. The Customer may be expected to inspect the goods upon receipt.
The Customer is not entitled to compensation for wear and tear during the warranty period and for damages resulting from improper wear and tear.
The Customer will be informed of the outcome of the complaint immediately after the complaint procedure is completed.


The provisions of this section shall be interpreted according to the nature of the goods carried.
